The real highlight of this place is the parc and the Parco, which are just amazing. The grounds are so well-maintained and peaceful, it's a great place to unwind.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch. The view from our room was incredible, but unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't quite live up to our expectations, especially considering it was our honeymoon and we'd mentioned it in our reservation. We've stayed in a few other hotels on this trip, and this one's front desk staff were the least welcoming of the bunch.

This hotel's location is hard to beat, and the garden is absolutely massive, with tons of activities and animals to keep you entertained. However, the rooms are a bit of a letdown, especially considering how amazing the facilities and garden are.

I have to say, I was really impressed with everything about this hotel, from the breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms. But what really stood out was the breakfast – it was amazing. However, we did have a bit of a problem with the room service staff entering our room while my wife was still sleeping, even though we'd put the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

“Great place for luxurious and sport-active holiday in the area of Lago di Garda”

The garden-botanical parc at this hotel is seriously beautiful, and the rooms are okay, I guess. What really impressed me was the connection to Lago through the garden – it's a great way to get around. And the sport facilities are awesome, with sailing school and biking rentals available. However, the interior swimming pool is a bit of a disappointment, especially considering how big the hotel is – it's tiny and always packed, so you can't really swim or enjoy the water features.
