The trail was close to the site, the scenery was beautiful, and the comfort was good. After the stay, the staff showed little empathy or closeness, especially since everything had already been canceled when the hiking finished and they were indifferent to our departure.

The spot felt very cozy, almost like home, with Doris and her sister Paty, as well as the other residents who were attentive and respectful; Doris’s food is fabulous and I want to take it home—definitely going back to this magical place 💓.

This place is a favorite of mine whenever I'm in Putumayo - it's tucked away in a gorgeous spot within the nature reserve, just a stone's throw from El Fin Del Mundo waterfall. The team here are super friendly and always go out of their way to help. The food is amazing, with loads of locally-sourced ingredients coming straight from the owner's garden - you can tell she's passionate about what she does. And, as a bonus, they've got some lovely dogs around too.
