The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, but because it’s a family‑friendly hotel it’s quite noisy. I think if there were more dining spaces spread out, the queues would be shorter and people wouldn’t pile up with too many leftovers on their plates, so nobody would want to wait in line again. Parking was a bit difficult, and many people simply left their cars outside the hotel entrance for days, despite the parking signs.
The staff were friendly, the hotel clean, the food great and varied, and there were many activities for kids. The outdoor cinema was a hit, and both the children and we enjoyed our stay; we’ll definitely return!
The pool was great, the staff very kind, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. The food was brilliant with a rich selection that kept the kids satisfied. The vacation was wonderful, so we’re planning to come back next year—thanks a lot to the hotel and all the staff! Everything was excellent.

The hotel was spotless, the rooms comfy, and the staff worked efficiently. It feels like a stress‑free spot for families, with a games room and plenty of activities for kids. The aqua park was a highlight, offering a good mix of water slides for all confidence levels. The buffet breakfast and dinner, however, were overwhelming—especially during the last week of the European summer break when the resort was packed and the room felt loud and busy. I also disliked that smoking was allowed almost everywhere outside.
