How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I enjoyed the sociable, lively atmosphere. The staff, especially TJ and Manager Grace, were awesome! I didn’t like that the social activities seemed spontaneous and not on a set schedule, which felt random. They should better inform guests about how much money to bring for each outing and make sure to return guests to the same pickup point.

The hotel is literally right in front of a subway station, which is great for travelers who want to explore the city and have easy metro access. There are many malls within walking distance, so the location is excellent. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and the staff were friendly—thanks to the unnamed staff member who helped me carry my luggage up the escalator. The only issue was the awful smell coming from the air conditioner; no matter how long I left it on, the odor didn’t go away and felt suffocating. After staying in the room for a while, my nose got used to it, but it would return whenever I left and came back. It smelled like a sweaty man who hadn’t showered in weeks. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

The 4‑bedroom dorm was very comfortable, and the shared bathroom and showers were nice, especially if you hit the showers right after they were cleaned and before anyone else. The location is ideal, close to the BTS, making travel around the city easy. The staff were friendly and there were plenty of daily activities that could help you meet new people if you’re traveling solo. The only drawback is that there’s no shared kitchen or fridge for guests who want to cook or store drinks and groceries, but that’s not a deal‑breaker unless you’re staying a long time.

The hotel was close to the nearest station, making travel convenient. The building felt clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly. The shower delivered hot water with a good flow. However, the air‑conditioning seemed broken, leaving the room uncomfortably cold.
