A localização é o melhor.

The room and breakfast area were very clean. It wasn't too far of a walk into the historic center. The first night my friend and I couldn't sleep because springs in the mattress were very loud every time she moved. We did speak with manager and they fixed it. The room and shower were very small. Breakfast is ok. Only eggs are hard boiled. No meats. You can order both for a price. Parking at an extra 16 Euro a day seemed excessive. WIFI doesn't work in room unless you keep door open. This was OK during the day but made me uncomfortable at night coming back from dinner and checking emails. It works fine from lobby area

The staff (Luca) is very friendly and let us check in early and parking the car in the site of hotel. Breakfast is good and hotel is so close to down town walking distance

They gave me a large, comfortable room on the second floor. The hotel is just steps from Pienza’s historic center, so you feel like a local and can come and go in minutes. It has a nice pool, good parking, and a delicious breakfast. I have no complaints about the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was not staying two nights instead of one in Pienza, and of course staying at the same hotel!
