“I'd not recommend, definitely not 5* hotel”
The animators for kids were thoughtful and caring, the bartenders worked hard, the pastry/coffee staff were friendly, and the reception team was helpful. However, most of the stay was marred by a lack of dining space: tables were always full, forcing us to wander for a seat, and sometimes we found a dirty table that we had to clean ourselves because waiters were scarce. We also noticed clear discrimination: waiters served Turkish guests while ignoring others, even taking a chair from our friends’ table and giving it to Turkish guests, and when we asked a waiter to clean a table three times he left to serve Turkish guests each time. This repeated pattern left a strong negative impression. Our room, advertised as having a pool view, actually faced a roof. We could have complained immediately, but after reading other reviews we realized others had the same issue. One guest demanded a refund or threatened to leave, but we didn’t want to disrupt the trip. Interestingly, our friends had a pool‑view room but complained about daily noise, so perhaps the roof view wasn’t terrible, though it wasn’t what we paid for. The corridor carpet near the rooms was extremely dirty, reminiscent of Fallout 3.
