How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is superb, within walking distance of all the city’s attractions; the hotel is clean, the room pleasant, and the staff treatment very good, yet the elevators were slow, tiny, and only two in number, which is quite insufficient for a hotel of this size—an issue that matters.

I find it disappointing that a five‑star hotel uses artificial flowers and has real plants that are not maintained.

The location is excellent for sightseeing, with most attractions within a half‑hour walk.

The proximity to the historic centre is convenient, but the sound insulation is poor, letting in traffic and street noise.
