The back‑yard entrance and key‑access were exhausting.

The check‑in was hassle‑free, yet there was no staff on site at all.

The tiny attic room was clean, and the bathroom was tidy too. It’s nicely located near Hitdorfer See, though not right on the lake. The room itself was in the top floor, ridiculously small, no air‑conditioning, and barely bearable. Clean but for 80 € it felt absurdly overpriced. It came with IKEA furniture, accessed through a back courtyard that looked sloppy and dirty. It cost 40 €, and in winter I’d think twice. There was no shelf, no wardrobe, just a dresser.

Nothing good. The room wasn’t cleaned, no replacement room, no refund.
