The kitchen area had everything needed. The balcony was very large and beautiful. The beds were cozy. The shower had good water pressure and we always had hot water. The hotel staff and the children were always friendly. Even a clean pool was part of the facilities. We had 10 fantastic days at Garden City Image and would book there again. Thank you for the great holiday and the gift.

The staff were kind and Elpida was especially helpful, always ready to meet our requests even on the day of our departure. The building itself feels very plain and not very welcoming, especially the exterior lighting; a bit more investment and a tidy up of the surroundings would make it better.

The location was decent. The property was messy and dirty, with all the facilities (pool, etc.) in a poor state; the bathroom in the room was dilapidated, the toilet leaked water (we had to shut the water off because it wouldn’t stop). The kitchen was unusable, infested with insects. Luckily we only stayed one night. I hope the platform removes it from the list.
