It’s right near downtown, so it’s easy to find, but the place feels like a puffed‑up motel; the beds are new, nice and firm, yet the rest of the room looks a bit dumpy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, but I wish there had been a restaurant and breakfast on site.

Although the hotel had some great features, our experience was marred by a few issues. The hotel opened late, about 45 minutes behind schedule, but we were able to get an order in just in time. The rooms looked great, and the check-in process was fairly quick and easy. However, one staff member, John, failed to keep his promise to wait for us to arrive at 11:15 PM, and I had to wait a bit for someone to attend to us.
