How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The building is updated, the on‑site food is great and I loved the restaurant, the bathroom is really nice with a modern mirror and shower, the room is large with a separate sitting area and great views; the only thing I wish was a modern smart TV, but otherwise the place was great.

I was halfway to Ottawa when I checked in, and the room price left me disappointed.

The hotel had everything we needed and they stayed late to check us in, which we really appreciated; we were stopping over before a camping trip and the hotel was perfect for our overnight stay, with nothing negative.

Convenient. No one was at the desk when I arrived, and the second floor has no elevator.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the TV had a good selection of channels and Netflix, and parking was free. Breakfast was basic but covered the essentials, so no complaints. We had to wait a long time for the front desk clerk, about 10 minutes standing around. When he finally arrived, the service felt rushed and we felt like an inconvenience; the greeting wasn’t warm, though he wasn’t rude. Everything else was great.
