“Vil aldrig anbefale det sted til nogen som helst!”
Nothing good; the beds were hard, the room wasn’t cleaned, there was water damage, the toilet was leaking, everything was worn and unappealing, cleaning only started after a full day and was only partial, and the staff were not accommodating at all.
“Location ok but hotel is not as it seems”
The location was good, but they kept locking us out of our rooms and we had to keep ringing them to be let back in, and they told us to keep the front door open, which isn’t secure.
“Lepšie taká izba ako žiadna”
The location was good and the hotel looked nice from the outside. The room had basic furnishings, the bed linens were clean, the towels were clean, and the mini shower gels and soaps were provided. The lights worked. The hotel staff were friendly and quick on the phone when we requested something. The photos of the rooms did not match reality. I have visited London several times, even staying in cheaper rooms, but unfortunately this experience felt very unpleasant. If the rooms looked like the pictures, I would have accepted a £100 deposit per room. When we arrived, we had trouble getting to the room because we had the wrong access code, which was stressful. I don’t want to be overly negative, but we felt like we were in some sort of shelter. The family room was booked for two adults and three children. In the room there was one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa that had no extra bedding in case someone wanted to sleep on it. Luckily the second adult didn’t come because I don’t know where he would sleep. The windows let in noise; we could hear neighbours until the early morning, but the hotel management cannot change that. There was a broken and taped‑up fridge in the family room… it is hard to write such a review, but you asked for the truth about the condition. As I said, we were also in cheaper rooms but they had a higher level and no deposits. I’m sorry about that.
“We could not stay, it was appalling.”
We did not stay in the room; it was absolutely filthy, with dirty walls beside the bed (snot), a stained bed, and a faulty door. We had to book another hotel and they refused to refund our money. Overall an absolute nightmare.
The location and price were fine, but the accommodation was underground. We expected two double beds, but there was only one and a sofa bed.
