I couldn't check into my room even though I had a reservation, and nobody was at the front desk. Homeless people were in the parking lot.

Don't lock your key in your room because they'll charge you $5 to open your door, and there was nothing to like about the service. Everything.

There were roaches, a smoke detector hanging, still trash in the room, the bed frame was very dusty, the TV didn't work, and the ice machine was out of service.
