The room was clean, but the office was closed in the morning, so we felt rushed to leave the room for cleaning; a camera pointed directly at the storage area outside our room.
“Buena estancia familiar”
The hotel was comfortable and functional, and the breakfast was good, with no particular negatives.
We started off in a room that was smelly and stinky, with no view, so we called the front desk and asked for a change. They moved us to a better room that had a nice view, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The initial room had a moldy odor and a strong stench that almost made us ill. We were also told there would be a restaurant nearby for drinks, but nobody informed us that it was closed due to a fire, so we couldn't use it. Despite those hiccups, the room change made the stay enjoyable overall.
“Pretty good overall. Grounds are beautiful!!!”
The hotel is pet friendly, but the bar and restaurant were not open.
It would have been great if there were gluten‑free options for bread or muffins.
