— how guests describe the rooms

23 m² · 2 twin beds · Sleeps 2
The Twin Room has 2 beds and sleeps 2 guests. It includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. The room is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe deposit box, and an electric kettle.

The beach is right next to the hotel, making it easy to swim and snorkel and then return to the room to freshen up, but the pillow was too flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.
I liked that the breakfast menu changed a bit each day. However, the washroom toilet has no door and the bathroom is all glass, which makes the sink area awkward to use.
“Consigliato”
The staff, especially Tomoka, were very kind. The rooms were small.
“Great location and views, but not good maintenance and comfort standard”
The views were amazing and there were plenty of nearby activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with language barriers, and they genuinely tried to assist. We found mold in our room and asked for a change, but the hotel was fully booked. They offered to clean the room the next morning, but we were exhausted and wanted to rest. With no alternatives, we had to upgrade to a larger room and pay the full price difference out of pocket—no discount or compensation. The upgraded room had a great view, yet the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Common areas were poorly maintained: wet floors by the elevator because guests came straight from the pool without rinsing their shoes. Basic rules of conduct weren’t enforced. For a 3‑star hotel, cleanliness and comfort fell far below what we’d expect from similar properties in Japan.
“Prezzo troppo elevato per la struttura”
The rooms were more spacious than typical Japanese standards, and there was a shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The carpet in the corridors was a bit worn, and there was a damp smell throughout the building, especially in the rooms. The staff were friendly but spoke little English, making communication difficult.
