We stayed at this hotel for the second time and chose it again because we were happy the first time; it was another enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and being right next to the metro made transportation easy.

The location was great, right near the station and easy to reach sights and tours. Breakfast was pleasant with many options, though it was hot. Housekeeping disappointed me: the beds weren’t made, I had to ask for clean cups and extra milk, and the cleaner didn’t understand my request for milk.

Nothing positive to mention. The check‑in was awful: the receptionist was unfriendly and I was charged an extra £100 deposit. The room I received was nothing like what I booked; it was called an “upgrade” but it was actually a downgrade. The bathroom light was broken, the reusable glass water cup had mould in the lid, the duvet was stiff with brown stains, and the double bed was just two single beds jammed together.
