How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spotless and pleasant, and the bed was super cozy thanks to the thick blanket. Free Wi‑Fi worked smoothly, and the location is strategically placed. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to online bookings during check‑in and check‑out. The only improvement needed is a better hanging bar—adding a stand with a hanger would make it easier to hang clothes during the stay.

Walking distance to food, with Malay, Indian and Chinese options nearby. Family Mart, Speed Mart 99, and Guardian are just a few minutes away, and parking sits right in front of the hotel. The only downside was that ironing had to be done outside the room; having an iron in the room would have made things much more comfortable.

Close to many shops and easy to find food. The room could use some upgrades, such as repainting the walls and touching up holes.

Good location. The place was infested with a large number of cockroaches.

Clean and comfortable room. The fan was broken and no action was taken.
