The staff were really friendly and always on hand to sort out any issue. In the first two days our rooms felt old and weren’t cleaned properly, but after I pointed it out they gave us a cleaner, less worn‑down room. In the end the price‑to‑quality ratio made sense; you can’t expect five‑star service for such a low rate. Thanks to the staff—especially the guys who were so pleasant.

Location (I’m looking for silence, so for me it’s perfect), the room is small but has everything you need, the staff is very friendly and professional. Only more attention to detail in some corners of the room, but nothing serious. It’s a very good place.

The hotel has good beds and bedding, scented and clean towels, and the reception works well. The staff are kind and welcomed me warmly. Everything I asked for was met. The access is far from the main street; when I took a taxi, the driver couldn’t get to the accommodation, so we walked up with a heavy backpack. The bathroom needs to be cleaned with bleach; the floor and corners are very grimy. They only leave a small roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Adjusting the shower temperature was a challenge, not our usual routine, so I learned to take a bucket shower. There is no shower enclosure. The street is very noisy at night with people around the campfires.
