We had a great stay! The room was comfortable, even with the fold‑out couch. We stayed in a suite, and while the bedroom was a little tight, the bathroom was spacious. We also really enjoyed the on‑site restaurant. The vibe, food, and service were great, and it was a convenient option after a long day of travel, which we really appreciated.

We had lunch and dinner and enjoyed them. The spot is close to the free ferry, and walking into the city centre let us explore a different part of Amsterdam.

The location is quiet, far from the hustle, with a beautiful view over the water and gorgeous sunrises; a short walk brings you into the main part of town, and it’s nice to see the canals along the way. Breakfast was generous and abundant with the usual European fare, and having a restaurant and bar on site is handy—after a long day the outside area is lovely.

The place is stunning, with tasteful décor, spotless rooms, top‑class facilities, and the apartment had every item we needed for our stay—everything was comfortable and the staff were fantastic. The surrounding neighbourhood is lovely and ideal for a calm family getaway. However, while the hotel sits in a beautiful part of Amsterdam, it’s not in the city centre and the public transport links are poor, so we ended up paying more than expected for taxis to and from the centre.
