Hotel Amaras

It’s a great hotel if you want to stay away from noise and traffic; the lady was very kind, polite, and pleasant, and the cleanliness is flawless. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city and somewhat isolated, but otherwise everything is perfect.

The room was generally clean and spacious, but that was about it. The towels were dirty and smelled funny, the bathroom door was broken and got stuck twice, and it was ridiculously noisy with people and kids making a racket all day and night. And to make matters worse, some guy working there was sleeping on a couch downstairs and snoring loudly - it felt like we were sleeping in a corridor. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel was a great value for the price, with a comfy room and friendly staff. The location was a bit of a walk from the center of Yerevan, but it was quiet and had everything we needed. We stayed here twice during our trip to Armenia and both times were good experiences.

“Fine for a few nights stay, a bit far from downtown”

I got a good deal on the price, and the 24-hour desk was a plus. The room was fine for a short stay, with a fridge, table, and kettle - everything I needed. The staff was nice, even if they didn't speak English. However, the walls and windows are basically non-existent when it comes to soundproofing. I heard everything going on in the hotel, including loud guests smoking and talking outside my window at 1 AM.

This place is a good spot for a night's sleep, especially for the price. Don't expect more than a private room with a shower, but overall it's decent.
