How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“Looks good only from outside, needs major maintenance from inside”

Property landscape. We had booked 2 exact same rooms but were given 1 AC and 1 Non-AC room. All the bedsheets were stained. Spiderwebs in the room. Bathrooms are not clean enough. Too loud local music during the evening bonfire

Nothing positive to mention; the staff were the only issue.

“Excellent Hospitality and Food, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement”

The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was also excellent, with good taste and quality. I stayed in a garden villa. The room and bathroom were not maintained as cleanly as expected, which affected the overall stay experience. Better housekeeping and attention to cleanliness would make the resort even better.
