“Experience of a lifetime in Gharb Soheil, West Bank, Aswan, Egypt”
This has to be one of the most amazing places in the world to stay. I’ve travelled for many years, and today this is my favorite spot ever. The location, rooms, and hotel are exceptional. If I could give a score it would be 1000/10. Thanks to Menna and Hassan who looked after me during my trip. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt, especially Aswan, as a beautiful place to relax, immerse yourself in Nubian culture, and enjoy the Nile. I only had a short visit, but I’ll be back 🙏🙏🙏. Everything is perfect.
“Best ever to stay”
The number one thing was the kindness and generosity of the staff from manager to the helping guys. Everyone was so so so professional and just perfect hospitality. The location of the hotel on river nile is best. Had breakfast both mornings in quiet river and sun facing view. The rooms are pretty. The colors add life to the stay Food also so good. And their service ia top notch. Ordered me dinner when I arrived at 11 pm. Dr. Menna made sure I reached safe from airport to the hotel being a single woman. Arranged a day outing personally upon request. When I casually mentioned I am planning to view sunrise from the panoramic view. The manager Dr. Menna made sure the staff assist me with that and I am grateful coz It wasn't easy to climb the dunes at 5:30 am but was totally worth it. Free kayaking at the river front with the hotel. And not just that they took all their time to take a photo and video of me with aerial view and beautiful colors of the hotel. Last thing. It ia super close to nubia souk. Can just walk any time to the market worry free. Nothing to not like
We booked a Nike view with an extra charge, but we ended up in a room at the end of a valley with no view. We paid an extra $30 charge, it was $80 with taxes, but they charged $110.
The room décor was nice! The hotel is very beautiful, and it even has a view of the Nile and a small beach to enjoy. There are various activities available, and the staff are friendly. The shower water is excellent, hot and pressurized. The bed is also comfortable. I recommend it if you want relaxation—it’s a quiet oasis that feels like another world! :) The only issue was the prices; they’re quite high for Egypt. Every activity costs a lot, and the taxi to the airport was also expensive. You don’t have many options; you’re somewhat isolated in this village and don’t have much to do. There aren’t many food options either, but the people are nice.
“Une nuit au calme dans un hôtel charmant”
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The typical Nubian décor is magnificent and warm. The breakfast is hearty and cooked, right by the Nile. The access is an adventure, but that’s part of the experience and totally worth it!
