The cleanliness and comfort were good. Because we arrived late at night, we struggled to find the block number; the signs were unreadable in the dark. The room’s written directions made entry easy. The block signs were unreadable at night, and we also had trouble locating the reception and had to ask for help.
Everything needed was inside the apartment, yet getting around was a hassle.
The sea and pool looked nice, but the beach was messy; they couldn't come to clean because of high demand, there was no soap or detergent, and the napkins never arrived—last year’s apartment was better.
“Would have been convenient if they offered cleaning and fresh towels daily”
I got a decent price for the place, but they never bothered to clean the apartment each day.
