This cute little hotel sits right in the middle of town, and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent—definitely worth eating there. Parking inside the town is not available; you have to drive into town, park in the square, drop your bags, and then park in the lots on either side of town. Noise can come from the restaurant and from cars moving through the narrow streets. The staff are kind, though their English is limited, so you’ll manage. It was hot in August, and a fan would have helped; there’s no air conditioning, but the higher elevation does cool things down at night. The heat wave that hit in August made it feel especially warm.

Overall everything was fine, the only downside was that the mattress was too firm for me and I slept very uncomfortable. The personal attention was good and breakfast was fine. The bed was uncomfortable for me.
