“Overall I had a good stay here.”

I stayed for my daughter's tournament and initially received a room with only one queen‑size bed, even though I had booked for two. The receptionist was very helpful and upgraded us to a cleaner room that smelled better than the first one. The staff were friendly throughout my visit, though I wish they had informed me of the room change beforehand. If no other rooms were available, I might have been stuck with a single queen for my family, but fortunately there were still options.

I appreciated the local vibe and the nearby shops, but the room was extremely dirty—bathroom and bedsheets looked unclean, and it seemed the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all.

The only issue was the shower: it had no walking rail, the tub was too high to step into, and I fell, which left me dissatisfied.

“Staff doesnt like children”

The location was great. They banned me because my 2 toddlers spilled cereal on the floor and i spent an extra hour cleaning it up for it to no be good enough. I spent over 1000 for less than a week. What a joke, and the manager couldnt even say it to my face, she had to call me off a private number while i was out to lunch

“I expected more but the room was really clean and the staff was excellent”

The location was convenient, but there was no cable TV and the internet was difficult to access.
