I was pleased with how close everything was, but when I pointed out that there was no shampoo in the shower, the staff ignored me.
After a long drive, the room was nice, quiet, and comfortable; everything worked except the bathroom exhaust fan, which I forgot to mention when we checked out of room 109 the next morning.
The showers were nasty, and the cleaning was lacking.
The place was clean and well‑located, but the beds were uncomfortable and the pool water was too cold.
I didn’t like anything about the hotel; the room was filthy, nothing functioned, and broken pieces everywhere gave off a bad smell.
