“Honestly it is your home away from home 99% of the time”
Had dinner and the female person working was top notch h….then there was a gentleman and to put it nicely was lost, couldn’t multitask let alone do 1 job at a time. As said the lady was top notch h h the gentleman missed stuff I request and think I paid for

No breakfast meets international standards; for eggs we had to pay $8 CAD and the preparation was terrible for the price, plus there was no front desk service, no bell desk help for senior citizens, and no standard breakfast.

The breakfast was outstanding.
I was disappointed that breakfast hadn't started by 7 and the spread was tiny.
The location and the staff were great, but when we opened the door to the room there was a faint smoke scent in the bathroom; a freshener would have helped.
