The staff were terrible! I start by saying that when we arrived, there was no one at the reception, so we had to go around the hotel looking for staff. Once we found someone, they assigned us a room that seemed okay, but when we turned on the air conditioning, a horrible smell came out. After finding the staff again, they changed our room, but the bed was in bad shape (the mattress cover with a zipper was the only thing on the bed), and the sheets were inside the wardrobe. When we opened them to make the bed, we noticed that: 1. the sheets were single for a double bed; 2. they were dirty with stains that looked like feces and urine. We called the staff immediately, and they responded annoyed and sent the only guy who seemed to care about solving the issue. He and I went to another room to get sheets, but when we couldn’t find them, they took them from the clean linen wardrobe, only to give us one single and one double sheet. By the time we realized, the guy was already gone, and we didn’t want to go through the hotel for a third time looking for someone to fix the problem, so we kept them. The next morning we went down for breakfast; we had asked for a toast and an omelette. Considering there were only us and another couple, we thought it would take at most 10 minutes. After 15 minutes we asked the waiter how long it would take for our dishes, as we were a bit in a hurry.

It’s not a new hotel. That’s good because it has a vibe… and air‑conditioning :) The staff are great. At first I was skeptical, but after an hour we were joking together. The restaurant downstairs has good food and drinks ;). Great attractions. We took a boat for 2 hours. Miko was our captain, a fantastic experience, highly recommended to everyone. It’s a great place to relax. The only downside is the lack of parking; there’s only a tiny spot on the other side of the street.
