I liked the room, the location, and the breakfast. The bathtub in the room was broken and I couldn’t book it. The fitness area didn’t work at all. The single remote for the bedroom AC was missing, the AC kept running and couldn’t be turned off, which was unacceptable. The garden area of the hotel was non‑functional, and the outdoor tables were completely neglected—dusty, no cushions or pillows, no ashtrays. The hotel restaurant was also closed.

Nothing special, except the relax zone, which we could use for free as guests (sauna and jacuzzi). Initially, with the hotel almost empty, we were put in a 4th‑floor room without an elevator, and we had to be moved to another room on the same floor because the air conditioning didn’t work. It took a long time of talking and arguing before they admitted the issue. The hotel had its heyday, but it’s now stuck in the past.
