How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel sits almost next to the National Park entrance, and the receptionist was very helpful when we booked our onward trip to Can Tho. We also liked the rooftop terrace. However, the rooms were in poor condition and the doors were extremely shabby. Breakfast was thin and bland—just a baguette without butter and two fried eggs, and the coffee was missing. On the day of departure we didn’t receive any drink at all.

The accommodation was clean, the staff enthusiastic, and the parking space ample. Breakfast was fine, so everyone should book a room here.

That night the power went out for about three to four hours between 10 pm and 2 am; the hotel only gave a brief explanation and asked for our understanding, leaving us sleepless from the heat and forcing us to head to Nam Cát Tiên early in the morning. Their handling of the issue felt inadequate, though the staff and facilities were fine.
