I never managed to check in. I sent the requested ID and contacted the property several times, but received no response or access codes. I arrived at the destination and had to wait for hours with my luggage before finding another hotel . The access codes were finally sent about 5 hours later, when I had already booked another accommodation. I cannot comment on the room or facilities, only on the check-in and communication

Були у Cassovia, вперше, у липні 2026 року. Наш номер був чудовий. Затишний, дуже гарний.Схожий на кімнату у старовинному замку.Дуже дякуємо, все сподобалось

The hostel is nice, in an excellent location, it has a big well‑equipped kitchen and a big very comfortable game/living room, the bed was comfortable, enough bathrooms, secure… Recommend. Unfortunately there’s no lights above beds, only sockets…
