A remote spot right in the heart of the Salazie circus, just a stone’s throw from the stunning village of Hell Bourg. Even though all communication with the managers was 100 % remote, they were available and did everything they could to be as accommodating as possible. The only small downside was the lack of an “emergency” number or contact in case something urgent came up.

The garden is pretty and offers a beautiful mountain view. You can’t arrange anything with the host if you arrive 30 minutes before 5 p.m., even if the place is free; the host is unreachable by phone, only by e‑mail. The fridge is very, very small, so don’t plan to cook many meals on site, especially knowing you’ll be isolated and far from any restaurant or convenience store. It’s quiet as long as the other units aren’t occupied, otherwise you can hear all the conversations.

The accommodation was well‑located, less than 10 minutes from Hell Bourg, giving a peaceful vibe. Cleanliness was very good, nothing was off. Bed linen was included in the price and the outdoor area was pleasant. The internet connection worked perfectly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and the trash bags aren’t the right size.

A very nice isolated location surrounded by greenery, calm, with a great terrace for breakfast. The bedding was comfortable, the place was well equipped, and the value for money was excellent.
