Signage on the last kilometer needs improvement, and the road is a bit too rough (last kilometer).

The place is gorgeous, clean, the breakfast is good, the décor and vibe feel like home, and the host is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The rooms aren’t well sound‑proofed, so you can hear neighbors snoring. The dinner service, which is only for guests at this great spot, has a limited number of seats; the menu and wine list could use more variety—there’s only white or red in carafes—perhaps spotlighting local producers.

Manuela, the owner, was a delightfully friendly lady, and the staff matched her kindness. The breakfast spread was generous, and dinner was absolutely tasty. The room and bathroom exude a cozy, rustic vibe. The view of Umbria is stunning, and there’s a picturesque lake just 500 m away. Parking is a breeze. The only downside was that we only had four nights booked, which was a shame.
