“Incompetent and rude owner!”

The room was clean with a good shower and a nice view, but it was too small. After telling the owner at 9:00 am about our arrival time at 16:00, we received no reply—no details, no code. When we got there at 17:00, we tried calling the owner who didn’t answer. We waited an hour and a half outside with our bags. When the owner finally answered, we explained the tough situation he’d put us in, and he said that if we weren’t happy we could cancel and find another place—how rude can you be?!! If you don’t want your trip ruined, find another place and don’t look back! Don’t get even close.

The structure was very welcoming, the panoramic terrace was spectacular in the morning, and Massimo was very helpful and kind. On the ground floor there was a bit of dampness.

The roof terrace was perfect for self‑catering, with seating, a coffee machine + capsules & cups, a kettle, snacks, a place to wash up, and trash cans.

The building is very pretty and welcoming, with all the necessary comforts and a stunning view. Everything is perfect.

The place is amazing! Baunei is gorgeous, the location is strategic, and in just a few minutes you can reach the best beaches. We went on a fantastic boat trip, the room was clean and well taken care of, and the terrace gives a beautiful view.
