The room was clean, the reception was open 24 hours, the rooms and pool were updated and lovely, but the lifts were very slow, one was out of service the whole stay, and housekeeping used the guest lift which made it even slower; the outside and drop‑off area were a bit grimy, though the location was acceptable.

We found everything we needed and the location was spot‑on, but the lift was out of order and the hotel could use an extra washing machine and dryer.

The hotel sits in a central spot, rooms are comfortable, and the harbor and Esplanade with beach and restaurants are about a 10‑minute walk away, though the pool area feels a bit plain.

Not much unfortunately. Hotel was quite rundown , rooms mouldy and had an off putting smell. Hotel is extremely loud. From.all the nightlife to domestics out on the street, cars reving & police sirens Horrible location. Close to backpackers, adult bars , homelessness congregate (.also.loud at night). Even with earplugs it didnt drown the sounds! Was going to switch hotelsbut as only there 2 nights didnt want to waste time checking in /out. And lady on checkout was not very pleasant helpful or welcoming No Thankyou or bye Even had to do our owb luggage in storage. Wouldnt return!
