The room had a sea view, air‑conditioning, and great value for money, but when we arrived the whole neighborhood was without power; the owners were very helpful and offered several fixes, and after an hour electricity returned.

Cool by the sea and the garden, but it’s not worth $50—Wi‑Fi is awful, the location is in a dull fishing town outside the city, there’s no front desk or customer service, the lighting is bad and not enough to stay awake, the pool is dirty, big windows give no privacy, curtains don’t close well, and the real value tops out at $35.

The staff are very friendly and attentive, there’s parking, the cabins are simple and comfortable, there are pools with sea views, a shared kitchen, coffee, and it’s clean, but there’s no beach access and the nearest one is terribly dirty and in bad shape; it’s a shame the locals and the ayundami don’t take care of it, and there was no hot water.

The environment is very welcoming, the bed is a bit tight for two but still fine, the garden is well kept and waking up to that view is very relaxing, and the location is convenient because the center of Campeche is a 10‑minute drive on a single road.
