⭐ 1/5 This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. If you value your money, your vacation, and even your safety, stay as far away from this place as possible. Our nightmare started the moment we checked in. We were given a filthy room. There were someone else’s hairs all over the bed, the floor was dirty, and the refrigerator was yellow with dirt and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. When I reported this to the receptionist, instead of apologizing she was incredibly rude. She came to the room, looked around, and said, “What can I do?” Seriously? It’s your hotel. That’s your job. Only after the manager got involved were we moved to another room. And of course, despite paying extra for a sea view, we were moved to a room without one. No explanation, no refund, no compensation. Safety is clearly not a priority here. We fell on the stairs because they are extremely slippery and there are no proper anti-slip strips. After the fall, we asked for ice. The receptionist claimed they had nothing useful in the first aid kit, pulled out expired medication, and then handed us a bag of ice that wasn’t even frozen. Her solution? “Wait until it freezes.” Absolutely unbelievable. Housekeeping was a complete joke. The cleaners would spend a couple of minutes in the room, wipe the floor with a smelly dirty mop, and leave. That’s apparently what they call “cleaning.” During our 10-day stay, our bed linen and towels were supposed to be changed at least three times. Every day we were told, “Tomorrow.” In the end, everything was changed only once. The bathroom design is another disaster. There is no shower curtain and no barrier, so every time you take a shower, water floods the bathroom and runs halfway into the room. It’s ridiculous. The staff constantly pass responsibility to each other. Housekeeping tells you to ask reception, reception tells you to find the cleaners yourself. Excuse me, but I’m on vacation
