The rooms were clean. In the heat of Naples, the staff kept turning off the air conditioning during the day, the bathroom was very cramped with a broken shower door that could fall at any moment. Not speaking English is a problem! It wasn’t clear what was included in breakfast or when it had to be vacated. Booking says 11:00 on site, but at 10:00 a big fuss was given!

At opening, everything smelled clean, modern furnishings, towels were clean, rooms were cleaned daily, which is rare. Cups, glasses, coffee, tea were available. Breakfast was close; we could get a croissant with coffee or fresh orange juice. The apartment’s location was very good, we got everywhere quickly, a few minutes from a shopping street, metro, excellent restaurants. The owner couldn’t help, we had a guy who was very noisy after the second night, yelling, banging something, a woman visited him and then they seemed to argue. I hope the owner talked to him because people want to sleep at night.

I booked a Deluxe Triple room but was handed a double instead, and the balcony I was promised for the triple never existed. Be careful when booking – there is no balcony!
