“Yiwu is really for business. No so many cultural things to visit”
Location was decent, staff super friendly and helped me out when I left my phone in the drawer – they sent it to my next stop. The night markets are a must‑visit, food was great and locals were welcoming. The bathroom left a bit to be desired – saw a moth and it wasn’t spotless, plus the toiletries only came once during my three nights.
The place is easy to reach by private car, bus or taxi and it's close to the night market. You can find halal food and a mosque nearby. Honestly, nothing to complain about.
I liked that it was within walking distance of the International Trade Centre in District 1. The only downside was that they didn't offer a bed and breakfast.
“Décevant. Je ne me sentais pas très en sécurité”
Getting in was a pain – had to lug all my bags by myself, no one to help. The motorcycle parking right in front of the door made it tough to get past when my taxi dropped me off. The housekeeping came but didn't change the sheets.
Overall good, but the staff don't speak English, so explaining what I needed was a struggle.
