“Amazing family friendly hotel”
The hotel’s facilities were amazing, it’s such a family‑friendly place with plenty to do and brilliant staff. The pools are great, there are onsite slides for both young and older children, there are so many sunbeds that you always find a spot, and drink dispensers are everywhere. The restaurant has a lot of seating and an enormous variety of food. We have a halal diet and thought meat options would be scarce, but they have so many options that we didn’t miss the meat at all. I asked for rooms next to each other and, despite the hotel being full, they accommodated my request, which was a relief. We booked a car rental and heard parking was 15 euros per day with limited spots on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, but the car park was free and we never had trouble finding a space. The hotel also has a spa onsite, which is very handy. The food variety, quantity and taste were amazing, but some dishes contained alcohol and weren’t properly labeled, so we had to keep asking the chefs. They were polite and gave us the correct info right away, but when it’s busy you have to wait to ask someone. The hotel was so busy that I couldn’t find a spot at the infinity pool, which I didn’t get to try, and although we were “all inclusive,” the gelato and café shop were not included unless we were “all inclusive plus” guests.
