Can and Murat at reception were very helpful and friendly; nothing went wrong and everything was resolved on time. The restaurant service could have been better: while we were eating, a staff member was cleaning on the balcony, so I had to go to reception to find someone to look after us.

They didn’t give us any feedback, and they were completely indifferent, even refusing to register a wrong taste. The facility is nice, but they only care about money.
