The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk from all the Disney parks. It smells wonderful, stays consistently clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The overall experience is excellent.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly, the location convenient, and the rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast was included and offered a wide range of options, though the bed felt hard and the linens looked cheap.

It’s ideal for a one‑night stop before heading back the next day. The room is spacious, the beds comfortable, and the front‑desk staff are very kind. Parking is free. The breakfast, however, is quite basic—no fresh fruit, waffles, or yogurt. It felt more like a noisy cafeteria, and we had to queue at the buffet.

Welcoming front staff. Very friendly. Our room was cleaned, beds were made and fresh towels were in our room each day without asking, very unexpected but very much appreciated. Breakfast was average but exceeded my initial expectations. The shuttle service to Disney parks was wonderful and timely. I wish the shuttle times for the Disney park transportation were more centered around when the park actually closed. We had to leave the parks early two days to ensure we would have a ride back to the hotel without having to wait over an hour after the parks closed
