The site is great, with a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and an outdoor restaurant. The suite bed is too small to comfortably fit two people, there are no towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and no insect screen on the windows or balcony door. The TV is very old and doesn’t meet 5‑star standards; the fridge only holds water. The alarm bell is activated frequently for no clear reason, which becomes a concern. The electricity cuts out and comes back quickly. No Arabic TV channels except Al Jazeera, even though the guests are Saudi. The suite tables are made of ordinary wood and need maintenance. The balcony has two chairs but no table. Dinner is mandatory from 7 pm to 9 pm, a long time after breakfast; we have to rush to lunch at the outdoor restaurant, and if dinner time arrives, it may not be accepted. The meal should be served between 4 pm and 6 pm.

The hotel is old, the rooms are cramped, and the furniture and facilities are clearly worn out, but the location is excellent in terms of surrounding nature and the hot spring water service is great. The furniture is old and the dinner is cold.

The view of the river and the mountain is very beautiful; higher floors are preferable to enjoy the view. The two breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant do not reach 5‑star level. The furniture is extremely old, there is no air conditioning, the TV screen is very old and small, the PC screen is larger than the facilities. Renovation is needed. The bathroom door does not close with a latch! There is no toilet paper in the bathroom. The restaurant is acceptable but not 5‑star; the food is not varied, there are no drinks with dinner, only cola for 150 lira and only toast for baked goods, no biscuits.
