How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place was beautiful and not crowded, but the room wasn’t fully clean when we arrived, which was very disappointing because it had been spotless before. Ducks were pooping in the pool and it wasn’t clean in the morning; it was only cleaned when we asked to remove the debris. The landscaping crew used the bathrooms all day and made a lot of noise while we tried to relax.

The hotel was excellent in every way!

The views were gorgeous, the property beautiful, and the customer service fantastic, but I had to leave.

The hotel was gorgeous, rooms were cozy and spotless, but the staff count was low and the single front‑desk girl seemed swamped and slightly annoyed.

The outdoor pool was nice and heated, yet the so‑called “included breakfast” only offered orange juice, a croissant and an apple in a basket each morning; you had to brew your own coffee and everything came on paper plates with a plastic knife.
