The onsen water was good and the food was super delicious. The service was excellent, especially the lady who spoke Chinese. There was no elevator, which made it hard for elderly guests, and the onsen room had fewer amenities than expected.

Staying at the Japanese ryokan was overall a great experience, and I also enjoyed the hot spring pool outside and the food.

Beautiful ryokan in a lovely location with astounding views and an excellent onsen with a mineral outdoor pool. The food was top notch and the service very kind. It can be a little remote if you don’t have a car, but manageable with public transport or taxis

The outdoor bath was the best part. The ryokan, the cuisine, and the location were all good, and everyone on staff was kind.
