The place was not clean, and they charged me for breakfast even though they didn’t provide it.

Nothing good to mention. The hotel’s location was confusing; when we arrived we thought we were in the wrong place because the main entrance looked abandoned and smelled awful. After getting my key, the room was a disaster: cigarette‑burnt covers, sheets with big orange oily stains, walls covered in various debris, and a table with a mysterious white pottery‑like substance in the top drawer. My nephew found dead house roaches in the common area and in the bathroom, where the tub was upside down and the shower wall was peeling off. The shower hardware and walls were subpar, and the overall sanitation was terrible. My sister’s room had to be switched three times, and the smell was so bad that she and my nieces and nephews had to go to a corner store for a restroom. The experience was absolutely disgusting, and we had to buy cleaning supplies from Family Dollar. I have videos, but I can’t upload them here, only photos.

Breakfast was not available as advertised, and the staff locked me out of my room when I left in the morning to drop something off.

The property was the dirtiest, unclean, and smelliest I’ve ever seen.
