The location was good. I don’t mind pets, but I didn’t agree with having to live with barking dogs and unruly owners. They could have had separate spaces for pet owners instead of putting them next to the room.

The spot is great, and the room is roomy with a comfy bed. I couldn’t chat with them through the booking app, though they do reply to emails, but the conversation isn’t saved. The pillows feel over‑used and could use a refresh. There’s barely any toilet paper and it’s low quality. The room was littered with long hair, and the towels and sheets had stains.

The location is solid and the dining staff were friendly and professional; Rocío handled everything wonderfully and kept an eye on our needs. However, the rooms lack proper cleaning—bathrooms are visibly dirty, and the sheets, pillows, etc., are not up to standard.
