It was in a quiet spot. I booked a private room but ended up in a large shared room with many beds and sofa beds, so it wasn’t what I expected or paid for. I left an item there, paid for shipping it back, and since then they stopped replying to my emails; when I call they just make excuses, so I don’t even know if I’ll get my item back, despite the shipping fee. Really frustrating all around.
