“Nearly perfect”
The vibe was great, the service was good, the bed was comfy, and I loved the milk and cookies and the “treat me like I'm famous” package—it was ace. The cocktails were gorgeous, and we had a cracking night there. The room and hotel looked gorgeous, but the price made me notice a few unexpected problems: a missing ceiling with exposed cables outside our room, a broken key card scanner on the door, a broken bathroom lock, and dust that was especially visible on the mirror tiles at the top of the room. The neighboring room blasted awful music so loudly through our speakers multiple times, and there were issues with the TV. A birthday message for someone else appeared on our bed (I’d told them it was my husband’s birthday, so I’m not sure why there was a message for another person).
