“Cómodo y bien ubicado”
The place is in a great spot, right on Salento's famous street. Rooms are comfortable with big beds and everything is very clean. The breakfast was a bit tight but still okay.
“Gutes, sehr zentrales Hotel”
The hotel is very centrally located on the main street with many small shops and restaurants; the room was clean, had no air‑conditioning, a nice bathroom with hot water, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, though they only spoke Spanish. The room faced the main street, so loud music could be heard until 1:30 am; the room had only wooden shutters, no windows, and the breakfast was very simple, plus there was no elevator.
Located right in the heart of Salento, the family room had great décor and was quiet because we were the only guests in the hotel at first, and our room was at the back directly on the patio. However, the room had no windows except for the front door, making ventilation difficult; there was no coffee service or restaurant as listed in the property description, and the breakfast was mediocre.
“Terribile”
The building itself is fine, but the staff were rude, the rooms are tiny with no windows and not suitable for the number of people, luggage on the floor makes it impossible to move, especially for a visually impaired person.
“Estancia en sitio céntrico, personal okey pero tampoco mega colaborativos y habitación cómoda standard”
Good location, but no windows or balcony, the breakfast was awful—we only ate there the first day and went out the rest of the time.
